  5. I love making vegan Easter chocolates with my 2, 5 and 7 year old children. Hiding mini eggs all around their rooms and hearing their squeals of delight as they find them. Most of all, I love having my husband home from work with us for several days and the outing opportunities that presents us.

  6. Each year I create a new egg hunt theme for my nieces and nephews. I try to tie in a new theme each year - for example one year I based it on "The Amazing Race" TV show & another year I used the "Country Bunny and the Gold Shoes" story. We (children & adults alike) have a great time & then share the 'finds'.

  9. I love spending time with family & doing an egg hunt with my son.I remember doing the hunts myself as a child. I can't wait until he is old enough that I can hide written clues like my Nan used to do for me. His face lights up whenever he finds an egg.

  12. The looks on my kids faces when they see the baby powder bunny foot prints on the carpet. It will be my 1yr olds first real Easter, but he is dairy & lactose free so it will be very restricted compared to his brother.

  13. We have a large family, and the thing I love every Easter is hearing the kids get up in the morning and finding their eggs that the Easter bunny has left them (we don't give them much but they always get super excited! :) ) Then they run from window to window looking out in the garden outside spotting the eggs the Easter bunny has dropped- all we hear is 'there's one!!! there's another one!!!' They know they're not allowed out until everyone has had breakfast, so they quickly eat then we let them out. Easter is a fun time around here. :)
